With the demand for smaller and smaller exhaust systems and the fact that mufflers often sit in "difficult" places, Arrow faced a new challenge. The result was the Street Thunder series: the perfect mix of innovative design and cutting-edge technology.
In the development Arrow has drawn on the experience of off-road motorsport and, for best performance, again selected the diamond shape. The Street Thunder series is available with aluminum / titanium / or carbon shell and the end caps are available in stainless steel or carbon versions. Arrow has managed to combine the perfect sound with the necessary thermal insulation, despite the reduced overall volume of the exhaust. Countless tests and new production techniques were necessary for the implementation.

CNC milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute their essential part. Thus, the diameter of the pipes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guidance of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, the connecting pieces and the intermediate pipes up to the rear mufflers is worked out in countless test bench runs.The Arrow manifolds are made of a special steel alloy. The steel is highly resistant to high temperatures and is very easy to form mechanically.
