Collectors and pipes are the key to optimal exhaust routing and planned power delivery. CNC milled components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the pipes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guidance of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, the connectors and the intermediate pipes up to the rear mufflers is worked out in countless test bench runs.
