SW-MOTECH manufactures the extensions from milled and high-strength aluminum alloy with black anodized surface and with a stainless steel kick plate. For optimum adaptation to ergonomics, the increase in brake lever step can be adjusted in two stages of 22 or 27 millimeters. The foot brake lever extension is ideal for off-road riding: it complements the original brake lever step and guarantees a safe, well-dosed step on the brake. The extension allows both a widening and an increase in the contact surface. Thus, the foot brake lever extension provides more safety and better control of the rear brake. When riding off-road, you often alternate between sitting and standing. When standing, the knee angle changes and the foot can exert less pressure on the small pedal. By increasing the contact area, the foot is more angled and can easily reach and control the brake lever even when standing. The increase can be adjusted in two different stages.
