HIGHSIDER pro steel handlebars 22.0mm
The handlebar ends are specially prepared for the original end pieces and grip heating of the R850 R, R1100 R and R1150 R models.
HIGHSIDER pro stands for outstanding handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own selection of materials and the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.
The steel handlebars with an outer diameter of 22.0 mm are particularly suitable for use on youngtimers of German and Italian manufacture, as they also had original handlebars with a diameter of 22.0 mm.
The handlebars of some later BMW and Ducati models also had this metric dimension.
The wall thickness of the steel handlebars is 2 mm (18 mm inside). The surface is high-gloss polished and chrome-plated or black KTL-coated.
The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation protection of the switch fittings. We recommend using the HIGHSIDER pro drilling template to ensure that the position of the holes is as close as possible to the standard handlebars.
The 22.0 mm handlebars are supplied with a parts certificate. The parts certificate lists a few vehicle types as examples, but it can be used on many more vehicles, not all of which we have been able to list.
The parts certificate then serves the expert as a sound basis for the individual approval and registration of the handlebar in the vehicle documents.
Scope of delivery: 1 piece
Care instructions:
- Only use acid and alkali-free cleaners on all handlebars and their surface variants!
- Never use in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry out.
- Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc., immediately wipe up any dripping with a soft cloth.
- Before using cleaning agents, test their compatibility on an inconspicuous area!
- No guarantee or warranty in the event of improper cleaning and care.
