The touring windshield has the same shape as the original windshield, but with an additional upward sloping wind deflector across the entire width at the rear end. This deflects the wind pressure away from the rider and enables relaxed riding, even on long tours. On some models with a steep windshield, the wind deflector is only an extension and is not tilted upwards to avoid turbulence.
