Alurack top case carrier for Ducati Desert X Rally (24-) Hepco & Becker
Top case carrier consisting of a model-specific mounting kit and the Alurack adapter plate for mounting Hepco & Becker top cases or soft luggage (not suitable for top cases with universal plastic plate). Hepco & Becker aluminum racks are specially designed for Hepco & Becker top cases. As the successor to the tried and tested tubular luggage racks, the Alurack is seen as a logical further development and is offered for the younger generation of motorcycles. Each Alurack top case carrier is developed specifically for each model and therefore blends in harmoniously with the overall appearance of the motorcycle. Please note here: While there is no restriction on the number of permissible fog lights, only one additional high beam may be operated on the motorcycle, which must be coupled to the high beam of the main headlight. Operation as a fog light can be switched with the main beam or dipped beam. For these reasons, we offer sets with 2 headlights as fog lights, which are operated with their own switch. The headlights must have the E-mark in order to be operated. Our LED auxiliary headlights have a corresponding test mark and are therefore registration-free. Detailed installation instructions with wiring diagram are included with the headlights. Everything is pre-assembled, without soldering. It is not necessary to cut any cables. The on/off switch is attached to the fittings. The headlights must be adjusted during a test drive in the dark so that other road users are not dazzled. We recommend visiting a specialist workshop for this. Note: The lights can only be switched on approx. 5-15 seconds after starting the engine. A voltage of at least 13.1 V must be applied to the control unit of the wiring harness to enable the circuit. In older vehicles, this can be achieved by briefly increasing the engine speed. Switching off must be done manually at the switch. The NOVA LEDs remain lit until the voltage limit of 11.8 V is reached, even after the engine has been switched off. Only when the voltage falls below this limit do the lights switch off automatically via the control unit. When the motor is switched on again (wait for the control unit dwell time), the voltage limit of 13.1 V is queried again.
