Originally developed for the "Competition" and "Competition Full Titanium" complete race track systems, Arrow X-KONE exhaust systems are now available for a variety of naked and sport bikes.The internal components are made of stainless steel. The noise here is dampened by absorption (this system significantly reduces the weight of the internal structure).The shell of the exhaust is made of NiChrom (a stainless steel alloy) and has been given a satin finish. The bracket is welded directly to the muffler and is bolted to the original mounting points.According to the manufacturer, an Arrow X-KONE rear silencer weighs approximately 2.2 kg. The high demand for similar exhaust systems in the hobby racing sector led Arrow to develop the Pro-Race series. The silencer combines a conical section with a cylindrical end piece and has a welded-on bracket. The conical shape promises a significant reduction in dimensions and weight and also reduces the overall volume of the rear silencer compared to standard systems. As with all Arrow exhaust systems, the elaborate TIG welding process is also used here - the result is first-class power delivery and a visually appealing exhaust.
