Compared to the original shock mount, the shock sits here about 17.5mm further up, which makes the shock sit lower in the vehicle and the front is lowered accordingly, the swingarm angle becomes flatter. The resulting lower center of gravity and noticeably longer caster significantly improve driving stability and straight-line stability at higher speeds. The version with 17.5mm lowering is suitable for the SIP, ZELIONI and RacingBros shock absorbers.
