Adapter brake caliper RADIAL, front for Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60/GT/GT L
The brake kit SIP PERFORMANCE is completely ready for installation and ideally matched to the conditions of the Modern Vespa. The CNC machined 4-piston brake caliper "NEW ERA" from Ottopuntouno with enlarged piston and pad area is torsionally stiff and significantly lighter than the original. To match, we supply the CNC machined aluminum adapter. This is precisely manufactured and allows the installation of the radial caliper whereby one can achieve braking values of a modern sports motorcycle. With the admission the use of an oversize brake disc is possible, diameters of up to 260mm can be driven with the help of suitable spacers. A recessed bleeder screw is required for brake discs from 250mm so that the rim can not stand on the brake caliper. Since the caliper has an M8 mount for the brake line, we supply an adapter hollow screw of Ø10mm brake line suitable for the radial caliper including sealing rings with. Aluminum CNC black for models with/without ABS incl. adapter, screws To be able to drive larger brake discs suitable adapters + screws are needed (e.g. part no. MVBRKA02 / MVBRKA03). Do not forget to bleed the brake and to change the brake fluid. Important note: Not approved in the area of the German StVZO!

Adapter cable conversion for LED tail light for Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV 125-300cc HPE ('18-)
The Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV models from the end of 2018 have a new LED tail light with new connectors. The beautiful clear or tinted LED taillights from the accessories for the previous models fit here unfortunately no longer plug & play. The SIP adapter cable offers the perfect solution. Here, the GTS/GTS Super/GTV models of the 2019 series can also be converted to the SIP / ZELIONI LED taillights. In addition to the cable set, the corresponding tail light and the conversion frame (part no. MV01959) are required. Special are also the two individual cable ends, there the position lights for the rear turn signals can be connected directly when converting to the SIP / Power1 LED turn signals, without having to work with current thieves, etc.. For mounting, the original taillight must be dismantled, underneath is the holder which must also be dismantled. Now the conversion frame can be attached. Then connect the adapter cable set + taillight and mount the taillight with the screw supplied with the conversion frame.

Adapter for handlebar end mirror Vespa GTS left o. right
Adapter kit for mounting handlebar end mirrors - on vehicles that have handlebar end weights installed as standard. The weights are especially on VESPA vehicles, to reduce vibrations and also from strong handlebar swing absolutely necessary, they contribute elementary to driving safety in the lower speed range. The inertia of the handlebar through the use of the original handlebar end weights is an important element here to dampen the oscillation that often occurs on the Vespa GTS. For this reason, the handlebar end weights should always remain mounted. To still be able to use handlebar end mirrors, we offer these adapters. They extend the handlebars on its outer sides by almost 14mm whereby the mirrors find enough space for mounting. The existing bar end weights can thus, with the help of the (supplied) longer screw, continue to be used. !! When mounting two handlebar end mirrors, two adapters are needed!

Air filter element Double-Layer for Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60/GT/GT L 125-300ccm
The SIP PERFORMANCE Double-Layer Air Filter Inserts have two layers. The first layer has medium sized micropores to filter coarse dirt particles. The second layer has very fine micropores to filter microscopic size dust particles - these dust particles cause the most damage. The filters are made of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and consist of two layers joined by a special hot molding process, which does not change the filter properties. The outer coarse layer consists of red filter material: open polyurethane foam with a permeability of 45 ppi (pores per inch). The fine-pored second layer consists of black filter material: open polyurethane foam with a permeability of 60 ppi (pores per inch). The air filter inserts are perfect for tuned engines with exhaust, drive and co. Due to the significantly improved filter properties and the unbeatable price, the filters are also ideal as an original replacement when service is due. The filter inserts are pre-oiled and additionally no longer need to be treated with air filter oil.

The standard air intake on the vario lid looks a bit crude and does not meet the high standards of quality and style. In contrast, the SIP STYLE air intake made of carbon, this is simply mounted instead of the series component and is much nicer and higher quality than the original. The original parts served as the basis for the molds, so a proper fit could be guaranteed. The carbon parts themselves are elaborately manufactured and laminated using special molds.

for Vespa GTS/GTS Super/GTV/GT 60/GT/GT L 125-300cc ('03-13/'17-), with considerable modifications also for Vespa Primavera/Sprint 50-150cc ('17-) The high precision CNC machined axle mount SIP PERFORMANCE is "Made in Italy" and fits FORMULA radial calipers. By using a radial caliper you can achieve braking values of a modern sport bike. The advantage of this axle mount with the radial caliper is mainly that the components are perfectly matched to the intended use and weight of the Vespa. Unlike some oversized aftermarket brake systems for the Vespa, the SIP PERFORMANCE axle mount with the matching caliper not only provides decent braking power, but also a sporty race look. With the admission, the use of an oversize brake disc is possible, diameters of up to 260mm can be driven with the help of matching spacers. A recessed bleeder screw is required for brake discs from 250mm so that the rim can not stand on the caliper. Delivery includes pre-mounted high-quality bearings. Aluminum CNC black anodized incl. bearings The installation of the original ABS or speed sensor is still possible, the installation of the original speedometer mechanics of the models up to 2013 is not possible, here must be converted to the digital speed sensor from KOSO.
