This prevents the formation of gummy and crystalline oxidation residues. These oxidation residues are often the cause of starting problems on gasoline engines that have not been operated for a long time. It is no longer necessary to disassemble and clean the entire fuel system, including the carburetors or injection units, because of these residues. The root of the problem is tackled by preventing the oxidation of the gasoline and thus the formation of oxidation products.
