Im PRO Tankring verbindet sich perfekt die Innovationskraft zweier deutscher Unternehmen: Der seit Jahren bewährte QUICK-LOCK Rastmechanismus der SW-MOTECH Tankringe lässt sich durch die magnetische Führungshilfe der Fidlock-Technik jetzt noch leichter bedienen. Die Positionierung des Oberrings wurde wesentlich verbessert: Der verschiebbare Oberring ist bereits mit einer Führungsschiene am Tankrucksack vormontiert und der Tankrucksack muss nicht angebohrt werden.
So lässt sich der Oberring ganz individuell auf der Führungsschiene an der Unterseite des Tankrucksacks ausrichten. Ist die passende Position einmal gefunden, dann wird der Oberring fest verschraubt. Beim Wechsel auf ein anderes Motorrad kann die Stellung des Oberrings entsprechend angepasst werden.
Die magnetische Führungshilfe, entwickelt von Fidlock, ergänzt den bereits ausgereiften mechanischen QUICK-LOCK Rastverschluss von SW-MOTECH: Die Magnete führen den Oberring in die passende Position am Tankring und der Verschluss rastet fest ein. So unterstützt die Kraft der Magneten das Aufsetzen des Tankrucksacks. Mit einem Handgriff den Tankrucksack befestigen und losfahren – Das Gepäck sitzt sicher und Spaß macht es auch noch.
Der mechanische Rastmechanismus sichert den Tankrucksack und die Magneten führen die beiden Teile des Ringes zusammen. Der robuste glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoff mit seiner hochpräzisen Rastgeometrie ist verantwortlich dafür, dass der Tankrucksack in allen Straßenlagen fest an Ort und Stelle bleibt.
Der patentierte PRO Tankring wird auf den Tankeinfüllstutzen des Motorradmodelles abgestimmt. So kann die bestmögliche Positionierung auf dem Tank gewährleistet werden.
