Needed to fix / loosen the vario nut Easy handling Practical for workshop and on the road The holding tool is needed for loosening and fixing the Vario nut. To do this, the tool is placed on the pulley with the two retaining lugs, screwed tight to the engine housing by means of the bushing and the screw. Now you can easily loosen / tighten the nut with a ratchet or torque wrench. The tool should not be missing in any workshop, but also on tours it is recommended to always have the holding tool. Anyone who has ever tried in the pampas to change his torn V-belt without a holding tool will know how important the small holding tool can be for the Vario.

The flank angle is significantly different from the original and provides better acceleration and power optimized drive with better power transmission. The modified fan blades reduce the temperature in the entire drive (vario and clutch). Thus less wear of the V-belt. Aluminum CNC Measured values at the same load/speed: Pulley original: 70° Belt pulley ZELIONI: 59° Installation note: When used in combination with the ZELIONI variator, only the standard PIAGGIO spacer pulley must be installed between the pulley and variator. Important: Due to the changed flank angle the pulley can only be used in combination with the slightly shorter V-belt of the LEADER 125-200 engines (part no. P248052 / R163750660 / M6112854). Otherwise it will rub against the engine housing. We also recommend the ZELIONI variator (part no. ZELVGT30).
